As a successor to the Nikon 3D, the new Nikon 3Ds is indeed worthy. Why? For the simple reason that the old features were not changed but instead, were refined. The design is highly similar to the older version. But the differences are subtle. For instance, it now has a soft-touch AF-on button as well as a dedicated button for Live View. Not surprisingly, Nikon 3Ds is now equipped with D-Movie.
Unfortunately, you have to pay more to enjoy this camera. But with its excellent picture quality, quiet shutter and superb performance, you would not mind the expensive tag price.
